You can qualify during your first block AND/OR your second block. Here is how you qualify.
First block of 6 games, Saturday at 9AM you will use your 3 game series total for games 1, 2 and 3. You will also use your 3 game series total for games 4, 5 and 6. The highest 3 game total will be your qualifying score. Cost $10 (includes games 1, 2, 3 and games 4, 5, 6).
If you aren’t happy with your qualifying scores or if you didn’t make it into the top 32 during the qualifying in the first block you can re-enter in the second block.
Second block Saturday at 2PM you will use your 3 game series total for games 7, 8 and 9. You will also use your 3 game series total for games 10, 11 and 12. Cost $10 (includes games 7, 8, 9 and games 10, 11, 12).
Your highest 3 game total of ALL your qualifying series will be your qualifying score. You can NOT have your name in the bracket more than once. Only your highest qualifying total will be used. The 32 bowlers that have the highest 3 game qualifying totals will be placed on the bracket board. Game 13 will be used to break a tie with any bowlers tied for the final (32nd) spot in the bracket. The highest single game score (game #13) of the tie breaker will be the 32nd seed of the bracket.
The head to head matches of the bracket board will use games 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 from the third block (Sunday 9AM). The head to head matches are one game matches. The bowler with the higher score in a match moves on in the bracket. If you lose a match you’re out of the bracket. The seeding of the bracket will be the bowler with the highest qualifying total (seed #1) bowling against the bowler with the 32nd highest qualifying total (seed #32), the bowler with the second highest qualifying total (seed #2) bowling against the bowler with the 31st highest qualifying total (31st seed), and so on.
Each block has a different oil pattern. Payout will be based on the number of entries. All money collected will be returned 100 % to the bracket winners.
